The User who provides personal data through this website is informed that such data will be incorporated into the files of continuity.media, which are properly registered with the Data Protection Agency.
These data may be processed for:
- Contacting the User and responding to their request for information or inquiry, as well as carrying out any subsequent follow-up.
- Managing, where applicable, their order and carrying out the delivery of goods or services contracted by the User, including invoicing and payment collection.
- Managing and monitoring the client portfolio.
- Managing, where applicable, the User registration process on the website.
- Creating, where applicable, a User profile to offer content in a personalized manner.
- Managing, where applicable, the User accounts on the website and any subsequent modifications made by the User.
Unless the User expresses opposition by contacting lopd@continuity.media, their data may also be used, where applicable, for sending commercial information from Gare Cloud S.L.
The User’s personal data will not be shared with third parties, except for communications required by authorities in cases where the User has performed actions contrary to the law or violated the terms of the legal notice.
The User is responsible for ensuring that the information they provide through this website is accurate, and for keeping it up to date to reflect the actual situation. They are responsible for any false or inaccurate information they provide and for any damage, inconvenience, or problems this may cause to Gare Cloud S.L. or third parties.
Notwithstanding the above, such information will be stored and managed with due confidentiality, applying the IT security measures established by the Data Protection Law (LOPD) to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, damage, or loss of data.
However, the User should be aware that the security of computer systems is never absolute. When personal data is provided over the internet, such information may be collected without their consent and processed by unauthorized third parties. Gare Cloud S.L. declines any responsibility for the consequences that such acts may have for the User if they voluntarily published the information.
The User is informed of the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection by submitting a written and signed request to gdpr@continuity.media, attaching a copy of their ID or equivalent document.
These rights will be honored without prejudice to the obligation to retain certain data as required by law and until any potential liabilities arising from data processing or, where applicable, a contractual relationship, have expired.
When authenticating via Google OAuth, the email address used will be collected to name the folder managed by the User within our Amazon S3 storage system. This email may be used to send service communications from the Continuity app. The email will be removed from our system when the User deletes their account through the Continuity app.
